We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered.
If you have questions regarding your account or fees, please contact us at (480)834-7100. Many times, a simple telephone call
will clear any misunderstandings.
We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental insurance, and we recognize most other major insurance carriers. We are happy to submit
a dental claim on your behalf directly to your dental insurance company. In addition, we are often able to get
a good estimate of your eligible benefits for procedures required. When you call to schedule your appointment, please have
available the name and number of your insurance company, as well as the subscriber's social security number and birth date.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is
your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. In addition, we also offer Care Credit, a dental/medical finance company
that offers interest-free financing. Contact our office for more details.
